Share Me Here

One of the critical components of network marketing is using Facebook.  There are a ton of different affiliate programs out there that hype their Facebook marketing techniques but most of them are junk!  I realized early on that you need to put in a little sweat equity and a little time to build up a quality friends list.

Rather than spend $19.95 each month on some hyped up affiliate program, I developed a quick and easy way to spend approximately 10 to 20 minutes each day building your Facebook friends list.  Below I’ve outlined the steps I use daily to add quality friends who share the same goals and dreams that I do.

  • Open a text document in note pad and type out a generic but friendly message like this: “Hi, I saw your profile on the Network Marketers group on FB.  I’d like to add you as a friend and connect to do some network marketing brainstorming! Also, I’d love if you can connect w/me on Skype, my Skype user name is: jwsiuri84.”
  • Go on your Facebook account and in the search bar, search for keywords that pertain to your industry. For example, if your a network marketer you may want to search for “network marketing.”
  • One the search results come up look for a group of people as there are plenty of them out there and pick one that has a lot of members to choose from. (3000 on up)
  • Click on that group under the members tab and click on “see all,” then start surfing all the members and once you click on the members name click on the “add as friend” button.
  • You will then see the Send ‘name of the member’ a friend request? message. Click on the “Add a personal message…” link and just copy and paste your personal message from the one you created above.  Make sure you change the name as you send other members a friend invite message.

I can usually bang through 20-30 invites each day and that really adds up!  The reason you want to add a personal message is it really shows your a serious marketer and have value to offer.  Its easy, quick and believe me people will respond back wanting to know you and what you do for a living.

Yours in success,
