Network Marketing Recruiting. I just had to write a post around this controversial topic. The primary reason that companies involved in the Network Marketing industry get a bad rap, is due to their recruiting methods! I’m willing to bet that most of you reading this post, have had the wonderful experience of someone you know, inviting you to a meeting that would change your life and land you on a isolated tropical beach.

Network Marketing Recruiting-Gotta Love The Hype!

Am I right? I bet when you attended that network marketing recruiting meeting you were a bit overwhelmed by the sheer amount of noise and back clapping and all around joy! Not to mention the VERY LOUD music that was very evident! This procedure is genius, its gets all the recruits feeling like this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that cannot be passed up! The Rock N Roll is blaring and then….the BIG announcement comes. Introducing Mr/Ms so and so who have been literally tearing it up with this particular company, so much so that they went from rags to riches in THREE months!

Network Marketing Recruiting-Here Comes The Fluff…

Mr/Ms so and so gets up on the stage and the Rock N Roll dies down, the room stands quiet….then he or she tells their personal, but very compelling story, one that begins with poverty and ends with Riches! The crowd roars its approval, the recruits get edgy with excitement and very much want to be a part of this network marketing recruiting frenzy. Then the CEO gets onstage and tells his or her tale of success and what a literal “gift” this opportunity really is, they proceed to tell all the recruits that this is the opportunity of a lifetime. Give the wonderful person who invited you a big ol bear hug and thank them for inviting you.

Network Marketing Recruiting-Excited Yet?

Are you sold yet? Will you sign on the dotted line that night? The network marketing recruiting meeting sure hopes you do. I do not know what the stats are on how many recruits actually sign up after these frenzied meetings, but I’m willing to bet it is pretty high. Here is the main problem with these network marketing recruiting meetings, no matter how hyped or stimulating they may be, once the rubber meets the road, 97% of the recruits FAIL with in the 1st few months of signing up! So much for the Network Marketing Recruiting meeting.

Network Marketing Recruiting-Is There a Better Way?

I’m still amazed at how the age old tactic called Network Marketing Recruiting is still practiced even today. Even with the ultra high 97% failure rate that comes from these Network Marketing Recruiting meetings, the Network Marketing/MLM Companies are still using them! They must produce enough revenue for the companies to keep it going. The problem is, most everyone who gets so hyped up and excited ends up let down and bitter. There is a better way folks, this is the 21st Century. With the advent of the internet, you as a MLM distributor can put the old Network Marketing Recruiting meetings in your rear view mirror and learn the secrets of producing TONS of highly targeted leads for your MLM business each and every day!
